Repair Authorization
By authorizing repairs or services, the customer acknowledges that Hotchkiss Services may perform the agreed-upon work and may retain records related to the service for future reference, warranty purposes, and vehicle maintenance history.
Additional repairs or services that are discovered during the course of an inspection or repair may require customer authorization before work is performed, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law or necessary to protect the vehicle from immediate damage.
Changes to These Terms
Hotchkiss Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as necessary to reflect changes in business practices, applicable laws, or services offered. Updated terms may be posted or otherwise made available to customers.
Customer Acknowledgment
By obtaining services from Hotchkiss Services, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agrees to the policies and practices described above.
